Partial eclipse

Look at me not her

A ‘prima donna’ rose

This photo was supposed to be of one of my favourite roses close up after the rain.

When I looked at it, though, it seemed to be telling a story.

The foreground rose is apparently obscuring the face of the other rose by holding a leaf across it.

It’s as if it were thrusting itself forward. “This photo is of me, darling. I can’t have you spoiling it.”
